Grilled Chicken with Cran-Peño Sauce

Ingredients
  1. 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  2. 1 T. vegetable oil
  3. 1/4 t. salt
  4. 1/4 t. ground black pepper
  5. 3/4 c. Cran-Peño Jalapeño Preserves
Directions
  1. Brush both sides of chicken with 1 tablespoon of oil.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Place chicken on the grill rack directly over medium heat.
  4. Cover and grill for 12-15 minutes until chicken is no longer pink. (170 degrees)
  5. Turn once halfway through grilling.
  6. Meanwhile, warm Pepperlane Cran-Peño for 20-30 seconds in microwave or sauce pan.
  7. Pour jelly over chicken and serve with a favorite vegetable.

Salad Dressing With A Kick

Ingredients
  1. 1/4 cup CRAN-PENO
  2. 1/2 cup olive oil
  3. 2 TBS balsamic vinegar
  4. 1/2 tsp salt
  5. 1/2 tsp garlic powder.
Instructions
  1. Blend
  2. Pour over your favorite salad greens.
