Asian Dipping Sauce
1 T. soy sauce
1 c. Pepperlane Ginger with a Snap Preserves
Blend together and serve with egg rolls, potstickers, or your favorite Asian dish.
Roasted Beet Napoleons with Ginger with a Snap Drizzle
- 1 lb. roasted beets
- 1 8 oz. log goat cheese with herbs, or 1 tub of cream cheese with chives, or green onion cheese ball.
- ½ c. Pepperlane Ginger with a Snap Jalapeno Preserves
- Slice roasted, peeled beets horizontally ¼ inch thick.
- Carefully spread goat cheese or cream cheese or sliced cheese ball on one beet slice.
- Repeat with two more beet slices and place on top of each other to make a Napoleon.
- Heat Ginger with a Snap Jalapeño Preserves to melt.
- Drizzle over Napoleons while still warm
Candied Carrots
- 1 lb. baby garden carrots
- ½ c. Pepperlane Ginger with a Snap Preserves
- 1 T. butter
- 2 tsp. finely chopped rosemary
- 2 tsp. finely chopped cilantro
- 2 tsp. snipped chives
- Steam carrots until fork tender.
- Transfer to a stove top skillet and heat to medium high.
- Gently stir in the preserves and butter to coat the car-rots as it melts.
- Continue stirring until carrots are evenly coated and sauce is hot and bubbly.
- Sprinkle with fresh herbs if desired.
- Serve immediately.
Healthy Wrap with a “SNAP”
- Wraps
- Spreadable reduced fat cream cheese
- Pepperlane GINGER with a “SNAP”
- Boneless, skinless chicken tenders
- Boston butter lettuce leaves
- Bean Sprouts
- Carrots cut into matchsticks
- English Cucumber cut into matchsticks
- Cilantro leaves—Mint Leaves
- Green onions cut lengthwise
- Sprinkle chicken tenders with salt and pepper, cook in skillet sprayed with pan coating over medium heat until golden brown and no longer pink, about 7 to 8 minutes.
- To put the wrap together, generously spread wrap with cream cheese.
- Spread preserves over cream cheese.
- Lay lettuce over middle of wrap.
- Arrange rest of ingredients lined up side by side in small mounds.
- Carefully roll up and slice in half diagonally.
- Secure seams with toothpick.
- Serve with Pepperlane Ginger preserves on the side.
