Pulled Pork Sandwich

Ingredients
  1. ¼ c. BBQ sauce
  2. ½ c. “Pepperlane” Sweet Mother of Onion Marma-lade
Instructions
  1. Stir into prepared pulled pork and heat through

Sweet Mother of Onion Sticky Rolls

Ingredients
  1. 16 frozen bake & serve dinner rolls
  2. 1 11 oz. jar Sweet Mother of Onion Jalapeno Preserves
  3. 8 strips thick-cut good quality bacon cooked and finely chopped
  4. ¼ cup chopped fresh chives for garnish
Instructions
  1. Mix marmalade and chopped bacon in microwave safe bowl.
  2. Melt down in microwave until it is of a pourable consistency. Divide equally.
  3. Pour first half into a 10 inch cast iron skillet; spread evenly.
  4. Place frozen rolls in skillet and let rise according to package directions.
  5. Bake rolls according to directions.
  6. Brush hot rolls with remaining marmalade/bacon mixture.
  7. Sprinkle rolls with chopped fresh chives.
Notes
  1. The combination of our sweet onion marmalade and savory bacon is a surprising treat for the taste buds and a mouthwatering presentation fresh out of the oven!
Not Your Mama's Meatloaf
Meatloaf Ingredients
  1. ¾ lbs. lean ground beef
  2. ¾ lbs. ground pork
  3. 2 eggs, beaten
  4. 1/4 c. ketchup
  5. 3/4 c. herb-seasoned dry bread stuffing mix
  6. ½ 1-ounce package ranch style dressing mix
  7. 1 6-ounce can French fried onion
Sauce Ingredients
  1. ½ of an 11 oz. jar Pepperlane Sweet Mother of Onion
  2. 2 T. ketchup
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, combine meats, eggs, ketchup, stuffing mix, ranch dressing mix,
  3. and onions.
  4. Shape into loaf and fit into loaf pan.
  5. Bake loosely covered with foil at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
  6. Take out of oven.
  7. Mix Marmalade and ketchup and pour over meat-loaf.
  8. Return to oven uncovered for 15 more minutes until meat is done.
  9. Let meatloaf rest 10 to 15 minutes before cutting into slices.
